A New Beginning
What started with humble beginnings at Fashion Square Mall in 1960 has grown to be the largest expo of its kind north of Detroit. With over 200 vendors and over 200,000 square feet of show floor, you’re sure to leave with new ideas, a full stomach, and even a prize or two.
This year, we’ve introduced special raffles, new prizes, exciting new vendors, layouts, content, & more. As the Home Builders Association of Saginaw grows, so to do our events. 2023 will be a year to thrive, and bring even more value to the public and our community!
